The Story: A powerful scene from Quebec’s iconic **Montmorency Falls**, where the water plunges a spectacular 83 meters (272 ft)—making it higher than Niagara Falls. The water crashes with incredible force into the St. Lawrence River, creating the mist that defines the lower park area. This image captures the falls from a unique vantage point near a lush marshland, with the elegant suspension bridge visible above the crest of the cascade. Captured in July 2024, the image perfectly balances the raw power of the water with the vibrant green of the surrounding landscape, offering a breathtaking glimpse of unbridled Canadian wilderness.
