Story:A cool fall morning in September 2023, the sun had just risen, chasing away the last of the fog at the Alf Hole Goose Sanctuary. I was sitting patiently, focused on capturing the geese and ducks, when a rustle caught my attention.
This curious Red Fox appeared on the hill behind me, pausing its morning hunt to figure out what I was doing. It was a fleeting, magical moment of connection with Manitoba's incredible wildlife.

The Story: Captured near the Woodlands Radar Station, this moment was an unexpected gift from the cosmos. While the Aurora began as a faint glow on the horizon, the sky suddenly ignited in a symphonic explosion of emerald and deep violet. The display grew so intense it illuminated the ground beneath me. Captured looking directly into the sky, Aurora Symphony represents that rare, breathtaking second where the universe reveals its full, unbridled magic.
