Thundering Rails

- Description
Print Name: Thundering Rails
Captured: June 2023 | Location: Bagot, Manitoba, Canada (Treaty 1 Territory)
The Story: This dramatic image captures the raw power of the Canadian Prairies, where a freight train rolls past a field of young corn near Bagot, Manitoba, beneath a volatile summer storm. The photograph freezes a moment in time where a brilliant strike of lightning illuminates the dark, brooding sky in the distance. Contrasting the man-made industrial power with the immense, untamed energy of nature. The vibrant green field provides a striking foreground to the intense atmospheric drama unfolding above the horizon.
Every print is personally inspected, and hand-signed by Métis artist Jason Lee.
